Return & Exchange Policy

Board Game Sky

At Board Game Sky, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

 

1. Right of Return

Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original condition

  • The original sealed packaging is intact and unopened

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

 

2. Non-Returnable Products

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, returns are not free or may not be accepted for the following items:

  • Products that have been used

  • Products with opened or damaged original packaging after delivery

  • Products that cannot be restored to their original condition

  • Issues resulting from misuse or improper handling

  • Trading Card Games (TCGs) such as Pokémon, Digimon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, Flesh and Blood, Final Fantasy, and similar products

  • Blind-box or mystery products with randomized contents

 

3. Returns Due to Defects or Errors

Customers may return or exchange a product if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is not original

  • The product has missing or damaged components

  • The customer received an incorrect item

In these cases, Board Game Sky will cover all return and shipping costs.

Note: For most board games, card games, or miniatures with missing components, replacement parts are typically handled directly by the manufacturer. Our support team will assist and guide you through the process when applicable.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days of receipt

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Any price difference will be settled between the store and the customer

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Shipping fees or Cash on Delivery charges may be deducted if the return is not due to an error by Board Game Sky

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied on a case-by-case basis, depending on the condition of the returned item and whether it meets the return conditions

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Board Game Sky covers return shipping costs if the return is due to:

    • Defective products

    • Incorrect or mismatched items

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases, including:

    • Shipping fees

    • Cash on Delivery charges

    • Payment processing fees (e.g., credit cards, Tamara)

 

7. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Submit your request within the stated timeframe

  • You may be asked to provide photos or videos for verification

  • All returned items are subject to inspection before final approval

  • You will be notified by email once the return has been processed and the refund is issued (if applicable)
