What Is Kanban?

Kanban is a scheduling system that supports efficient assembly lines, just-in-time production, and smooth workflow processes.
In Kanban EV, this system comes to life in a modern factory focused on producing Electric Vehicles (EVs) — the future of the automobile industry.

EVs are efficient, clean, and cost-effective machines enhanced by AI for improved safety and, soon, autonomous driving.

Game Story

In Kanban EV, you play as a rookie employee working hard to climb the ranks of the factory.
You’ll:

• Manage suppliers and materials

• Develop and innovate new car parts

• Work on the assembly line to increase production

• Recycle and reuse limited resources wisely

Production never stops — mistakes cost time, and Sandra, the factory manager, will evaluate your performance to ensure efficiency across the factory floor.

Gameplay

Kanban EV is a resource and time management strategy game.
Your goal is to optimize production lines, meet factory objectives, and earn Production Points (PP).
At the end of the game, the player with the highest PP wins.

You’ll develop your tactical and planning skills as you prioritize tasks, make strategic trade-offs, and keep the factory running at full speed.
